Provide detailed product information, troubleshooting assistance, and general customer support regarding smart home technology.. . Guide customers through setup and usage of smart home devices to maximize their functionality.. . Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.. . Stay informed about the latest smart home technology trends and product updates to assist customers effectively.. . .
