Scanning the rollup market for new partners and spearheading the business development process from lead generation to the close. . Qualifying existing business opportunities . . Create partnerships with strategic impact. . Research new ways to use Gelato products for our existing partners. . . At least two years of experience in web3. . Technical selling experience, preferably web3 infrastructure solutions. . Understanding the current L1/L2/L3 ecosystem in-depth. . Experience using CRMs. . Track record of managing partners, closing deals, and overachieving your revenue goals. . Comfortable in fast-paced environments and having ambitious targets. . Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality. . Bonus: Being fluent in Mandarin or Russian. . Company Location: Switzerland.
