Your expertise in UKG and payroll systems will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction. Respond to incoming tickets and phone calls, resolving client issues within the UKG Workforce Ready platform.. . Provide timely, empathetic solutions while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.. . Assess and prioritize technical cases based on severity and service level agreements.. . Investigate customer configurations using internal documentation, manuals, and external resources.. . Maintain detailed records of case resolutions and client interactions within support systems.. . Identify trends, escalate recurring issues, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.. . Build strong relationships with assigned client admins, fostering a collaborative support experience.. . . . Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role, with a strong service orientation.. . At least 2 years of hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Ready.. . Familiarity with payroll systems and operations (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms).. . Working knowledge of employment tax laws at the federal, state, and local levels.. . Experience using support platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud.. . Solid understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.. .
