Contact inbound leads promptly via phone, text, and email . Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients and families . Educate leads about services and answer questions clearly and confidently . Overcome objections professionally and guide prospects toward enrollment . Convert inquiries into scheduled assessments, intakes, or active clients . Track and document all lead interactions accurately in the CRM . 📞 Client Communication. Communicate fluently and professionally in both . English and Spanish. . Provide empathetic, client-centered support during initial conversations . Maintain a friendly, reassuring, and confident tone . 📊 Reporting & Follow-Up. Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up systems . Monitor pipeline status and conversion metrics .
