Assist clients with inquiries about high-end products, orders, and services. . Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our systems. . Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions. . Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our luxury product offerings and brand values. . Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery. . Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends in luxury retail. . Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. . Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the luxury retail sector. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
