Lead R&D projects and contribute to new data product development.. . Design and implement methodologies for measurement products, user identification, and data quality improvement.. . Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decision-making.. . Automate data visualization and reporting to improve accessibility, accuracy, and speed.. . Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.. . Evaluate and integrate additional data partners and assets for identity resolution, targeting, and measurement.. . Serve as a subject matter expert to guide internal teams in platform capabilities and best practices.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.. . 4–5+ years of professional experience in SQL, Python, data analysis, and statistics.. . Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and functions.. . Experience with experimentation methods and statistical modeling to support product development and optimization.. .
