We’re helping our client, find a versatile . Marketing Generalist. to support a wide range of marketing initiatives across events, digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Director and Content Developer to plan, execute, and analyze marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency while driving lead generation and supporting the sales team.. Responsibilities:. . Overall Marketing Support: support management with a wide variety of marketing projects including email campaigns, collateral development, events, market research, industry trends, and other projects as assigned. . . Brand Management: ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines. . . Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, including tracking expenses. . . Campaigns: assist with planning, coordination, execution, and analysis of campaigns. . . Email Marketing: work with the Content Developer on email campaigns and work with Sales on email lists. Execute and track and report results to leadership. . . Social Media: manage social media posts, blog posts, webinars, and digital ads. Ensure content is tailored to the audience and monitor the number of views, shares, page visits, etc. Stay up to date with social media trends and present recommendations. . . Website: Assist with website updates and ensure content is current. . . SEO & SEM: working with the website vendor to optimize website content for search engines and managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns. . . Collaboration: Working closely with other teams (sales, product, etc.) to align marketing efforts. . . Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. . . High School Diploma or Equivalent required. . . A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing marketing projects. . . Knowledge of events, branding, advertising, and digital marketing. . . Experience with event planning – pre, during and post, and able to ensure final details are completed. . . Experience with office software (email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, etc.). . . Company Location: Mexico.
