Handle customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages.. . Educate customers on renewable energy solutions, installation processes, and maintenance requirements.. . Assist with account management, service scheduling, and resolving any issues or concerns.. . Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to improve service delivery.. . Collaborate with technical and sales teams to enhance customer experiences and resolve inquiries efficiently.. . Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and company offerings in renewable energy.. . . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required; English proficiency is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy or related sectors.. . Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.. .
