Experience Needed. :. - Build, manage, and scale N8n workflows for internal and external processes (e.g. customer onboarding, lead routing, data sync, operational triggers).. - Own and optimize our HubSpot CRM setup, properties, workflows, sequences, and integrations.. - Configure and maintain integrations between tools like Zapier, Make, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Stripe, GCal, Gmail, and others.. - Partner with ops, sales, marketing, and product teams to design automations that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.. - Maintain clear documentation and testing protocols for every automation.. - Monitor and debug any automation issues or failures, ensuring uptime and reliability.. - Help us migrate legacy automations from Zapier/Make into N8n when appropriate..
