We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of internal tools and systems that streamline account management and operational processes. In this role, you will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal platforms that serve both employees and customers. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, customer success, UX, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. Accountabilities. . Own the vision, strategy, and execution of internal tooling and platform solutions, ensuring secure and scalable account management.. . Drive initiatives across the full product lifecycle, from research and requirements gathering to development, go-to-market, adoption, and performance tracking.. . Partner with internal stakeholders, customers, and post-sales teams to identify pain points and prioritize solutions.. . Use analytics and user data to uncover opportunities for improvement and measure the impact of your initiatives.. . Prepare and present business cases for new investment areas to guide prioritization and resource allocation.. . Proactively identify and resolve conflicts, bottlenecks, and escalations impacting product delivery.. .
