As Director of Product Management, you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of products for the service provider segment, driving growth and innovation in a fast-scaling enterprise SaaS environment. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will partner closely with the General Manager of the business unit to shape the roadmap, deliver high-value solutions, and build a strong product team. This role offers the opportunity to influence the future of network observability technology, working on products used by leading digital enterprises worldwide. You will serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on product evangelist, ensuring impactful delivery while fostering deep customer relationships.. Accountabilities. . Develop and execute a differentiated product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the service provider segment in collaboration with senior leadership.. . Balance strategic conceptualization with fast, iterative execution to accelerate product growth and adoption.. . Act as the primary product evangelist with customers, prospects, partners, and industry analysts, representing the segment at events and forums.. . Lead and manage a team of 3–5 Product Managers, providing mentorship and fostering a high-performance culture.. . Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to operationalize the strategy through feature definition, releases, and go-to-market plans.. . Build strong, collaborative relationships with key customers and partners to identify the most meaningful problems to solve.. . Act as a role model for company culture and contribute to shaping organizational values and practices.. . . 7+ years of experience in senior product management roles within B2B high-scale enterprise SaaS or technology companies.. . 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring product teams.. . Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with proven ability to drive strategy and execution in a highly technical and fast-moving environment.. .
