The role requires strong healthcare finance expertise—particularly in pharmacy finance—paired with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies. Accountabilities. . Lead and manage end-to-end pharmacy finance functions, including financial models, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.. . Oversee financial management for external clients, ensuring margin optimization, cost containment, pricing strategy guidance, and compliance with 340B regulations.. . Represent the finance function in client meetings, delivering data-driven performance insights and strategic recommendations.. . Analyze large datasets to create robust financial models and forecasts that support long-term planning and business cases for executive leadership.. .
