Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. . Monitor client accounts and ensure satisfaction by resolving issues proactively. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service. . Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of communications in our systems. . Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to enhance client satisfaction. . Stay informed about product and service updates to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. . . 3 years of solid experience in a client services, customer support, or related role. . Team management or subject matter experience is a plus. . Experience in legal services, law firms, or paralegal companies or industries is a plus. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. . Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients. . Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. . Proficient in using customer service software and tools. .
