This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Teamcenter professional to shape and manage enterprise-wide PLM solutions that support innovation, scalability, and efficiency. As a strategic technical leader, you’ll design, implement, and optimize Siemens Teamcenter environments, ensuring seamless integration with key business systems. Your work will enable smarter collaboration across global teams while driving continuous improvement in performance, compliance, and user experience. This role is ideal for someone with deep PLM expertise and a passion for aligning architecture with real business outcomes.. Accountabilities:. . Design and architect scalable, secure Teamcenter PLM solutions, including data models, workflows, and integration strategies.. . Define and maintain the overall platform architecture—hardware, software, and network—ensuring long-term reliability and performance.. . Lead integration efforts between Teamcenter and CAD, ERP, and other enterprise applications to support digital continuity.. . Oversee data lifecycle management, including migration, backup, and recovery protocols.. . Implement robust security frameworks with access control, encryption, and audit mechanisms.. . Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, including database and application layers.. . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring system availability.. . Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.. . Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align PLM capabilities with organizational needs.. . Identify process and system enhancements to drive user satisfaction and operational excellence.. . . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. . Minimum 10 years of experience in Teamcenter administration, development, or architecture.. . Deep technical expertise with key Teamcenter modules such as BMIDE and Active Workspace.. . Proven experience with Java, ITK, and AWC customization.. . Solid understanding of PLM data lifecycles, digital thread concepts, and enterprise-level integrations.. . Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.. .
