This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced product leader to own the strategic vision, development, and go-to-market success of a flagship product suite within a rapidly scaling SaaS environment. In this role, you’ll drive innovation across AI-powered field service solutions, shaping the roadmap, customer experience, and monetization strategy. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver outcomes that directly impact customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for a key suite of solutions designed for field service professionals, with a focus on revenue growth and customer adoption.. . Drive full product lifecycle management — from market research, discovery, and design through to delivery and post-launch optimization.. . Leverage data insights, customer feedback, and AI/ML technologies to develop innovative, user-centered features.. . Collaborate across departments to develop pricing strategies, packaging models, and promotional campaigns that align with product and business goals.. . Enable the sales team with market intelligence, product knowledge, and tailored collateral to support deal structuring and conversion.. . Partner with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and retention — and manage customer escalations with clarity and accountability.. . Coordinate go-to-market (GTM) efforts, from messaging to campaign strategy, in alignment with marketing and enablement stakeholders.. . Align with leaders across multiple product areas to deliver integrated user experiences across web and mobile platforms.. . Define key success metrics, track performance, and drive iterative improvements based on customer and market feedback.. . . 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS with a focus on growth or monetization strategies.. . Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.. . Proven experience in developing and launching products powered by machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI).. . Proficiency with API-driven ecosystems and integration of third-party technologies.. . Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to guide strategic decisions and evaluate success.. . Understanding of data architecture and experience in defining product data requirements.. . Familiarity with cloud-based environments and scalable software development practices.. .
