Provide stellar technical support to Nordic-speaking clients through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).. . Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and effectively.. . Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their user experience.. . Accurately document all support interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.. . Collaborate with fellow team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.. . Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and support trends to improve customer experience.. . Contribute positively to team discussions and knowledge sharing.. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English is essential.. . Prior experience in IT support or a similar technical role is highly desirable.. .
