Partner with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, analyze trends, and design A/B tests that guide strategic decision-making.. . Build predictive models and analytical frameworks to support initiatives across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Platform.. . Develop and maintain datasets, dashboards, and tools that improve data accessibility and usability across the company.. . Lead end-to-end data projects, from scoping business problems to delivering actionable insights.. . Promote data literacy and best practices to ensure a data-informed culture across all functions.. . Identify areas for process improvement and automation through analytics and machine learning.. . . At least 4 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.. . Proficiency in SQL and a scripting language such as Python or R.. . Familiarity with distributed data systems (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Spark, Hive, Presto).. . Strong background in statistics, experimentation methodologies, and/or forecasting techniques.. .
