Provide accurate and timely information on pricing, availability, and service options.. . Assist customers with account management and handling service-related issues.. . Document all customer interactions efficiently and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.. . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.. .
