Quality Assurance and Testing Engineer at Ziphire.hr. We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Testing Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will design and implement testing processes, collaborate with development teams, and play a key role in maintaining the quality of our applications throughout their lifecycle.. Key Responsibilities. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing processes.. Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify defects and ensure compliance with requirements.. Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.. Utilize test automation tools and frameworks to create efficient test scripts and improve overall testing processes.. Document and report testing results, defects, and issues to the relevant team members, ensuring timely resolution of identified problems.. Participate in reviews of requirements and specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.. Continuously improve testing methodologies, tools, and practices to enhance the quality assurance process.. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.. Required Qualifications. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. . 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing, preferably in a software development environment.. . Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.. . Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).. . Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.. . Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for automation purposes.. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.. . Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.. . Preferred Qualifications. . Experience with performance testing and security testing.. . Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).. .
