In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our visual storytelling—crafting engaging videos, designing branded assets, and shaping the creative identity of our reforestation and conservation projects.. You will:. . Edit compelling video content and advertising campaigns for our global reforestation and conservation projects. . Design branded assets across digital channels (social media, presentations, websites). . Retouch and enhance photography for campaigns, reports, and marketing materials. . Maintain and evolve the visual identity of our projects, ensuring consistency across platforms. . Stay ahead of trends in design, video, typography, and social media aesthetics. . Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to bring ideas to life. . This role is perfect for a hands-on creative with a strong sense of storytelling, aesthetics, and purpose.. We’re looking for a talented visual communicator with a strong creative skillset and a collaborative spirit. You’re passionate about impactful design and can translate complex ideas into clear, beautiful visuals.. You bring:. . Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, graphic design, and photo retouching. . Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). . Proficiency in Figma and Google Slides for layout and presentation design. . Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools like Midjourney, Runway, Kling, etc.. . A deep understanding of typography, composition, and colour theory. . A strong eye for branding and the ability to adapt visual language across different media. . Experience creating social-first content (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos). . A compelling portfolio showcasing video work, design projects, and photo editing. . A creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh content ideas. . Bonus points if you have:. . A proactive attitude and drive to raise the company’s visual standards. . Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. . Experience guiding or mentoring junior designers. . Filming expertise and ability to advise filmmakers. . Familiarity with storytelling frameworks and editing for emotional impact. . Background in sustainability, conservation, or NGO-related storytelling. . Experience sourcing and managing stock images. . Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic web design principles. .
