Role  . The selected candidate(s) will work closely with the CEO, Executive Director, as well as a small global team. . He or she will have overall ownership of supporting the license sales process, including:. Overseeing the lead generation process and channels, ensuring the targeted number of leads come in . Maintaining and updating the license pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up, setting appointments, and reporting. . Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handover to License Success once a new partner is signed. . Manage other ad hoc projects and workstreams as directed.. Experience in international B2B sales: lead generation and pipeline management . Experience in international license or FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT  .  . Experience in other project management and administrative work . Excellent English communication skills  . Strong attention to detail and passion for customer service . Positive attitude and team player  . Bachelor's Degree/Diploma  .  . Interest in football is a BIG PLUS  . Experience working overseas or with international companies a PLUS . Hospitality experience a PLUS . Familiarity with LinkedIn, Notion, and/or Slack a PLUS . Experience supervising others a PLUS (if and as the team grows) .  . Other Details .  .
