Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients in the hospitality and tourism industry.. . Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.. . Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and inquiries about services and amenities.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.. . Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's offerings and promotions.. . Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and preferences.. . Document customer interactions and update customer records in CRM systems.. . . Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sectors.. .
