Deliver high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.. . Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues efficiently.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.. . Stay current with product features, updates, and industry trends.. . Solicit customer feedback to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.. .
