Together we will:. . Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including SaaS contracts, partnership agreements, Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, and data-processing agreements;. . Provide strategic legal guidance throughout product lifecycles, from development and launch to scaling in new markets;. . Ensure compliance with AI, privacy, and consumer protection laws, including GDPR, UAE data regulations, and emerging AI frameworks;. . Conduct legal research and analysis on cross-border regulatory frameworks (USA, EU, Asia, Gulf region) impacting our products;. . Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to anticipate legal risks and embed compliance into product design.. . What you will need:. . Master’s degree in Law;. . 3+ years of professional legal experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or product-driven businesses;. . Fluent written and spoken Ukrainian and English (C1-C2);. . Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and product-related policies;. . Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills;. . Ability to work independently, stay goal-oriented, and thrive in an ambitious environment;. .
