We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Client Success & Sales Support Leader to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll be a linchpin for our business development efforts-owning client relationships, supporting sales growth, and ensuring our team operates at peak efficiency. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our reach in strategic markets, optimize sales processes, and deliver an exceptional client experience.. What You’ll Do. . Client Success & Relations:. . . Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented responses.. . Foster long-term relationships with clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.. . Gather and track client feedback, collaborating with the team to enhance service delivery.. . . Sales Growth & Team Support:. . . Identify opportunities for sales growth and actively support the sales team in achieving ambitious targets.. . Assist the BDM in executing and tracking the sales pipeline for the region.. . Monitor team progress toward goals and provide regular, actionable updates to management.. . . Operational Excellence:. . . Streamline follow-up processes and ensure timely completion of all sales-related tasks.. . Coordinate appointment booking and route planning for sales representatives to maximize efficiency and impact.. . Prepare and distribute proposals, protocols, and other sales documentation as needed.. . . Market Development:. . . Identify and nurture business opportunities in key markets that do not currently justify dedicated sales rep coverage.. . Build interest and engagement with potential distribution partners in these markets.. . Collaborate with the BDM to develop and implement strategies for market penetration and growth.. . .
