Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding food and beverage products.. . Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.. . Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.. . Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.. . Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.. . Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively.. . Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish) and English.. . Strong customer service experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.. . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.. .
