This position will manage engineers and other managers responsible for designing, building, deploying, operating and maintaining our production systems. . Our team's use DevOps platforms that allows for continuous integration and deployment of our world class security applications to our hybrid On-prem and AWS environments. We use best in class tools to accelerate engineering productivity, reduce operational toil, increase consistency and improve the lives of coworkers. . On-call participation with your team of 24/7 operations engineers around the world.. . . 10+ years experience in technology management. . . Director level experience. . Large team oversight (20+ people). . Off-shore team management. . Direct performance management. . Proven ability to interact, present and influence at all levels of companies, from executives to engineers.. . . 5+ years development experience building SaaS solutions and relevant tooling. . . AWS & private cloud. . K8s (orchestration). . Kafka (streaming). . C/Python/GoLang/Rust (programming). . Data systems (RDBMS, NoSQL, Datalakehouse). . .
