Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding banking services. . Assist clients with inquiries related to account balances, transactions, and financial products. . Help customers with online banking setup and troubleshooting. . Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with banking teams to resolve complex queries and provide accurate information. . Gather feedback from clients to enhance the quality of our banking services. . Stay informed about banking regulations and new services offered. . . Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills. . Excellent customer service abilities, with an emphasis on problem-solving. .
