Develop content strategies and creative roadmaps that align with brand goals and audience personas. . . Write creative briefs and collaborate closely with designers, editors, and UGC creators to produce social-first content. . . Identify high-performing content angles and frameworks across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. . . Conduct regular competitor and trend analysis using tools like Motion, Atria, and native platform insights. . . Track and report on content performance—engagement, conversions, retention—and make data-informed recommendations. . . Collaborate with media buyers and growth teams to optimize hooks, messaging, and creative direction. . . Write and refine content copy for video scripts, hooks, captions, and creative messaging. . . Maintain and update asset libraries, brand guides, and content calendars. . . Support UGC creator sourcing, scripting, and feedback loops. . . Stay on top of platform updates, content innovations, and audience behaviors to inform strategy. . . . 3+ years of experience in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing (agency or DTC brand experience preferred). . . Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. . . Proven ability to balance creative ideation with data-backed decision-making. . . Experience creating or managing short-form video content, hooks, or UGC-style creatives. . . Familiarity with tools like Motion, Atria, Notion, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, and Slack. . . Excellent writing and editing skills for short-form and performance content. . . Experience working with or managing creative teams (designers, editors, freelancers). . . Passion for consumer psychology, brand storytelling, and social-first strategy. . . Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creative threads simultaneously. . .
