Back Office Specialist with Italian - Remote from Spain at Teleperformance Spain. We are looking for a detail-oriented and autonomous . Back Office Specialist. to manage relocation cases for client equipment transfers between sites. Each case operates as a mini-project, requiring administrative coordination, budget negotiation, and collaboration across departments.. Main responsibilities:. . Working on quotes / quote acceptance and customer returns / Tracking numbers & missing documentation.. . Working with the relocation team and schedulers to ensure the Purchase Order is available to cover transportation services etc.. . Contacting customers and supplying all necessary documents and information.. . Explaining to the customer how the quote is set up, clarifying questions concerning trail and labor as well as part prices and discounts.. . Contact the customer and arrange the pick up with the carrier, when parts need to be collected. . Do the follow up with the customer after shipping the replacement parts of the defective module. . . Experience on data management, quality and cleaning. . Native/advanced level of Italian and Spanish. . B2 level of English or higher.. . Experienced user in CRM.. . Quick to learn new processes and tools. . Good verbal and written communication skills in appropriate language.. . Motivation & personality for seeking customer satisfaction and resolution.. . Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.. . Candidates must be located in Spain. . Company Location: Spain.
