UI/UX Expert at Uni Systems. At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a UI/UX Expert to join our UniQue team.. What will you be bringing to the team?. . Create and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma. . Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience. . Develop and implement UI/UX strategies that align with project goals and user needs. . Maintain and update design systems, ensuring consistency across all projects. . Document design processes, decisions, and guidelines to ensure transparency and facilitate collaboration. . Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure design consistency and quality. . What do you need to succeed in this position? . . Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. . Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. . Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD). . Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. . Experience with conducting user research and usability testing. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to various stakeholders. . Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. . Experience working on EU-funded projects or within the EU regulatory framework would be a plus. . Experience working on UK government projects, including experience with the GDS framework, would be an advantage. . Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be an asset. . Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA. . Company Location: Greece.
