Driving product discovery by conducting deep user research with accountants, entrepreneurs, and internal teams to uncover pain points and opportunities for GenAI.. . Partnering with engineering and technical leaders to design, test, and validate innovative AI-driven use cases.. . Adopting a rapid experimentation and “test & learn” mindset, moving from prototypes to scalable products.. . Acting as the bridge between highly technical teams and broader business objectives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.. .
