Position Overview. We are seeking a . highly capable Executive Assistant.  who can bring order, precision, and polish to the executive’s day-to-day. You will be the right hand to the founder—responsible for managing calendars, communications, task tracking, and operational execution with excellence.. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves systems and structure, and communicates with clarity and tact.. Key Responsibilities. Calendar & Communications Management. . Own and maintain the executive’s calendar across multiple time zones. . Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and internal check-ins. . Draft, triage, and respond to emails with a consistent executive tone. . Task & Project Management. . Track action items and key deliverables across teams. . Ensure accountability and timely follow-through on internal projects. . Maintain ClickUp or Asana boards to keep all stakeholders aligned. . Document & File Organization. . Create and manage shared drive structures for seamless team access. . Organize folders, files, and digital materials for easy retrieval and clean documentation. . Meeting Support. . Prepare agendas and materials ahead of meetings. . Take high-quality meeting notes and follow up on action items. . Operational & Administrative Support. . Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed. . Handle travel coordination and itinerary management when required. . Refine SOPs, streamline workflows, and identify inefficiencies. . Experience supporting C-level executives or founders. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Executive presence with polished, professional tone. . High proficiency in Google Workspace, ClickUp or Asana, Slack, and digital calendar tools. . Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and urgency. . Nice-to-Haves. . Background in consulting, business operations, or systems building. . Familiarity with fast-paced, remote-first teams. . Strong formatting and document creation skills. . Company Location: Colombia.
