Email Support Representative at SuperStaff. We are looking for an Email Support Reresentative to work with one of our clients.. Responsibilities:. Respond to customer in a timely and accurate way via email or chat, placing orders, inquiring about an order, product information, and general order assistance. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile. Stay current with industry changes/trends to provide best in class service. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. At Least 2 years of customer service experience preferred but not required. Experience in email support role is an advantage. High School Diploma or equivalent. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:. Able to respond to customer in a timely and accurate way via email or chat. With Good Communication skills. Basic computer and typing skills. Consistent attention to detail and quality. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. Strong time management skills . Flexibility with scheduling is preferred, as we will have an occasional need to cover evening and/or weekend shifts. Jeep Enthusiast/Automotive Experience a plus. Company Location: Philippines.
