In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery, from gathering requirements to training end users. Analyze client business processes and requirements, configuring Maximo to align with operational needs.. . Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet client expectations and industry standards.. . Create documentation including functional design specifications, user manuals, and test cases.. . Conduct client and internal team training sessions to ensure effective adoption and knowledge transfer.. . Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.. . Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing client data and system usage.. . Actively participate in planning and status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. . Minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing and configuring IBM Maximo EAM solutions.. . Strong understanding of Maximo functional modules, data models, and workflows.. . Experience with test case design and execution for Maximo implementations.. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.. .
