In this role, you'll speak directly with warm inbound leads—people actively interested in learning how to succeed in real estate investing—and guide them through the decision-making process to enroll in our high-impact education programs.. About the Role. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to close. You’ll be the face of our brand for prospective students, helping them understand the value of our proven investing system and whether it’s the right fit for their goals. This is a fast-moving, high-opportunity role with serious growth potential.. Key Responsibilities. . Engage and qualify warm inbound leads through phone, Zoom, and email. . Build rapport, identify needs, and match prospects with the right Reverse Flip programs. . Guide prospects through a consultative sales process to close deals. . Consistently meet and exceed enrollment and revenue targets. . Track activities and progress in CRM systems for transparency and accountability. . Participate in sales meetings, training, and ongoing coaching to continuously improve. . . You’re a Great Fit If You:. . Have 1+ years of experience in sales or real estate (or are highly motivated to learn fast). . Are confident on the phone and skilled at building trust with new people. . Have strong closing instincts and know how to drive urgency when needed. . Thrive in a performance-based, remote sales environment. .
