You’ll play a critical role in keeping listings accurate, responding to customers quickly, supporting fulfillment and promotions, and helping keep the store optimized and well-maintained.. Responsibilities:. Amazon Listing & Store Support. . Upload, format, and edit product listings in Amazon Seller Central. . Maintain A+ Content pages and support Brand Store updates. . Follow content formatting guidelines for titles, bullet points, and product descriptions. . Inventory & Order Management. . Monitor FBA inventory levels and flag low-stock items. . Assist with creating inbound shipping plans and tracking shipments. . Coordinate basic logistics with fulfillment and warehouse partners. . Customer Support Ownership. . Respond to customer messages, reviews, and questions within 24 hours. . Resolve order issues, refunds, and replacements professionally. . Track and report recurring issues to the broader team. . Maintain a friendly, brand-aligned voice in all communication. . Reporting & Analysis. . Pull weekly and monthly sales and performance reports. . Track reviews, ratings, and returns. . Update keyword and ad performance trackers (training provided). . Promotions & Campaign Support. . Assist with uploading deals, coupons, and Lightning Deals. . Support the ad/marketing team with campaign uploads and asset coordination. . . 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with Amazon Seller Central. . Excellent English communication and writing skills. . Highly organized and comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks. . Customer support or client-facing experience a plus. . Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. . Fast and reliable internet connection. . Company Location: Philippines.
