Business Development Manager. supports direct sales and account development, helping drive new business growth in Clinical Research and/or Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Information (MI), and Regulatory Affairs (RA) service areas. The role is hands-on, focused on pipeline building, client interaction, and coordination of proposals.. Location. : Europe (Remote/Travel Required). We are seeking a results-driven professional with a proven track record in acquiring new business and a strong “hunter” mindset, particularly within Clinical Research and/or PV, MI, and RA service areas.. Key areas of responsibility:. . Actively attract new clients and develop strong business relationships.. . Maintain relationships with assigned accounts, supporting consistent engagement and satisfaction.. . Contribute to achievement of assigned revenue goals.. . Execute and support sales strategy alongside senior BD colleagues.. . . Responsibilities. . Conduct lead generation activities and identify new opportunities in Clinical Research and/or PV, MI, and RA service areas.. . Coordinate RFI responses and support RFP submissions for assigned accounts.. . Support bid defense meeting preparation and client interactions.. . Maintain accurate and updated records in the company CRM.. . Support development of account plans and assist in managing existing client relationships. . . Represent the company at professional industry events and conferences . . Work cross-functionally with proposal, operations, and marketing teams.. . Provide sales support during client onboarding and handover phases.. . Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. . Sales Goal Execution. . Ensure assigned sales goals are met and support team-level revenue growth initiatives.. . Requirements:. . Confident communicator with solid presentation skills.. . Strong time management and ability to prioritize.. . Results-oriented and motivated by targets.. . Cooperative, flexible, and aligned with the company’s values and mission.. . University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or relevant field.. . 2- 4 years’ experience in sales or account management in life sciences/CRO industry.. . Fluent in English and native language (both spoken and written).. . Very good proficiency in MS Office tools.. . Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.. . Company Location: Spain.
