Lead business analysis activities for key resorts, including product gap analysis, POS configuration, and cross-team collaboration.. . Support the development and rollout of standardized product catalogs across lines such as lift tickets, rentals, and ski schools.. . Facilitate change management, documentation, and training related to product configuration standards.. . Coordinate with ecommerce and lodging teams to align bundled offerings within the POS ecosystem.. . Drive product and data governance initiatives, ensuring standards are maintained across reporting and analytics.. . Act as the point of contact for ongoing technical support and troubleshooting during implementation rollouts.. . Collaborate with stakeholders to collect feedback and integrate it into product development cycles.. . Contribute to the drafting of playbooks, framework documentation, and reporting data flows.. . . Minimum of 3 years working with RTP as a product configurator, preferably in ski or resort industries.. . Proven experience in gathering requirements, creating acceptance criteria, and validating technical solutions.. . Knowledge of revenue recognition mapping in POS systems and expertise in data validation using tools like SQL or Power BI.. .
