AI Lead at Qode. Role Description. We are looking for an AI Lead who can bridge business problems and AI solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving ability, and the capability to lead AI initiatives with clients from discovery to delivery. The ideal candidate brings 9 to 12 years of experience with a background in consulting, analytics, or AI-led solutioning.. Key Responsibilities. ·      Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities. ·      Translate business problems into AI-driven solution approaches. ·      Define pilot scope, success metrics, and value realization frameworks. ·      Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams. ·      Present solution demos, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership. ·      Collaborate with AI engineering teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
