Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to define user needs, flows, and experiences.. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals across web, mobile, and connected platforms.. Conduct and apply insights from user research, competitive analysis, and market trends to inform design decisions.. Maintain and evolve the design system and visual language to ensure consistency and quality across products.. Participate in iterative design processes in an agile environment, adapting to changing priorities while keeping user experience central.. Present and communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.. . 3–5 years of experience in a senior product or UX/UI design role.. Strong understanding of end-to-end design processes, including user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and testing.. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, After Effects, or equivalent.. Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, interaction, and product design skills, with process insights included.. Experience designing consumer software or apps, ideally in health, wellness, or related domains.. Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.. Comfort working across multiple time zones in a fully remote environment..
