Serve as the lead Solution Architect on complex strategic programs, providing guidance and oversight on ERP, EAM, CRM, and cloud transformations.. . Ensure project quality through QA assessments, alignment with company standards, and client expectations.. . Mentor and develop internal talent, preparing future architects and building a robust expertise pipeline.. . Support business development initiatives, including solution validation, estimate review, and creating services offerings.. . Lead strategic innovation projects, integrating cloud technologies, SaaS adoption, and Gen AI initiatives into professional services delivery.. . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.. . 10+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions in a client-facing consulting environment.. . Extensive experience in the energy, utilities, or natural resources sectors, with knowledge of utility and fixed asset accounting.. . Proven track record in leading project teams and managing complex implementations across multiple phases of the project lifecycle.. .
