Data Engineer at Globaldev Group. We are looking for a seasoned Data Engineer to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in building reliable, scalable data pipelines and enabling cross-functional collaboration to support advanced analytics and real-time data processing.. Responsibilities. . Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using modern data engineering tools and practices.. . Implement real-time and batch data processing solutions using Kafka and Databricks.. . Develop serverless data workflows and automation using Azure Functions.. . Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including developers, testers, architects, and business partners to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver results.. . Ensure high standards of data quality, observability, security, and governance across all systems.. . Support data architecture decisions and contribute to the evolution of our cloud data platform.. . Requirements. . 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering.. . Strong programming skills in Python and advanced proficiency in SQL.. . Proven experience with Apache Kafka in data streaming or messaging-based architectures.. . Hands-on experience with Databricks and building pipelines using Spark.. . Proficient in building and managing Azure Functions and working within the Azure ecosystem.. . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.. . Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. . Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.. . What we offer. .
