Harmonic is scaling rapidly with 24 open roles across the United States and United Kingdom. The Operations team is responsible for building the systems, processes, and operational rigor required to double headcount from 46 to 93 people over the next year. As the first recruiter, you partner closely with the COO, CEO, and hiring managers across Engineering, GTM, and Operations. The team values clarity, speed, ownership, and high performance.. About the Role. This is Harmonic’s first in-house recruiter. You will build our entire recruiting function from the ground up and run full-cycle hiring across all open roles. You will implement our ATS, create our careers page, define hiring processes, build candidate pipelines, and serve as the primary partner to every hiring manager. Your work will have an immediate and visible impact on Harmonic’s ability to scale quickly and effectively.. What You Will Do. Own full-cycle recruiting for all open roles across Harmonic Security globally. Build Harmonic’s foundational hiring systems including ATS selection and implementation, workflows, documentation, interview guidelines, and careers page.. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, interview plans, success criteria, and hiring SLAs.. Source candidates proactively through outbound outreach, networks, job boards, and communities.. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through structured communication, clear expectations, and consistent process.. Manage all recruiting operations including scheduling, background checks, compliance, and maintaining clean ATS data.. Write job descriptions, publish job ads, and support employer brand development.. What Success Looks Like. ATS and careers page fully implemented within 30 days.. Eight to twelve critical roles filled within the first 90 days.. A repeatable, documented hiring process in place across all teams.. Strong candidate pipeline generation for high priority roles.. High satisfaction scores from both candidates and hiring managers.. What You Bring. Five to eight plus years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments.. Proven success hiring across both engineering and GTM teams.. Ability to operate independently with high volume and minimal coordination support.. Experience implementing ATS systems and creating scalable hiring processes.. Strong sourcing skills across outbound channels and talent communities.. Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional partnership.. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with speed and accuracy.. You Might Be a Fit If.
