Webflow Developer & Design (HS) at GFT. Webflow Developer. What You’ll Do. . Lead the development of fast, responsive, and visually striking web pages in Webflow from designs or briefs. . Build complex, interactive, and animation-rich experiences that elevate user engagement and reflect the brand’s identity. . Own and evolve the Webflow CMS architecture for dynamic content across pages, blogs, case studies, and more. . Architect and maintain integrations with third-party tools and platforms (HubSpot, scheduling platforms, etc.). . Implement advanced forms, event tracking, automation logic, and performance optimizations. . Proactively identify bugs, UX issues, and performance bottlenecks and resolve them quickly. . Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive digital storytelling. . What We’re Looking For. . 4+ years of experience building high-quality, custom Webflow sites. . Maintain exceptionally high standards of visual polish, UX detail, and execution speed. . A strong portfolio featuring . complex integrations, interactive elements, and polished animations. . . Proven ability to make architectural decisions about when to use native features, Webflow logic, or custom code. . Meticulous attention to responsiveness, cross-browser consistency, and performance optimization. . Deep familiarity with Webflow CMS structure, custom embeds, and developer-mode workflows. . Excellent communication and fast turnaround—you're proactive, not reactive. . Bonus. Experience with SEO best practices + AI. Company Location: Philippines.
