Deliver superior customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury products, order placements, and after-sales services.. . Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.. . Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer needs and enhance service offerings.. . Stay informed about the latest luxury trends and product launches to provide knowledgeable support.. . . Fluency in Polish and English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.. .
