Purpose:. The Integration Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring new Applause clients are successfully implemented with a heavy focus on technical integrations. This role is responsible for managing CRM integrations, API connectivity, and related technical workflows during the onboarding process. You will be the bridge between our product, customer success, and client IT/technical teams to ensure data flows seamlessly and customers go live quickly with minimal disruption.. Job Description: . The Integration Specialist will own the technical side of new client implementations. They will manage multiple projects in parallel, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure all systems (CRM, APIs, and other connected platforms) are configured and functioning correctly. This role requires strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.. Responsibilities:. . Technical Integration Execution — Configure, test, and deploy CRM integrations, APIs, and other connected systems during onboarding, ensuring accuracy and stability.. . Backend Problem-Solving — Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve API errors, data sync issues, and configuration challenges, working closely with product and engineering teams.. . Internal Collaboration — Partner with implementation managers, CSMs, and sales engineers to align technical work with client requirements, while remaining primarily focused on backend execution.. . Workflow Optimization — Document and refine integration processes to improve efficiency, reduce implementation time by 10%+, and minimize recurring issues.. . Testing & Quality Assurance — Perform thorough end-to-end testing of integrations before launch to ensure they meet performance and functional requirements.. . Data Mapping & Configuration — Manage and validate data flows between systems to ensure integrity and proper synchronization.. . Technical Documentation — Maintain clear, detailed records of integration steps, configurations, and troubleshooting actions for internal reference and scalability.. . Qualifications:. . 3–5 years of experience in technical implementation, integrations, or technical account management (preferably in SaaS or software solutions). . Experience with CRM platforms and API integrations (REST, webhooks, etc.). . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with complex systems. . Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously. . Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. . Highly organized with a proven ability to follow through on commitments. . Experience in a remote work environment with self-reported KPIs. . Company Location: Philippines.
