Accountabilities. ·         Define and drive the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for a next-generation alarm monitoring platform.. ·         Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market assessments to identify opportunities and inform product direction.. ·         Collaborate with engineering, design, and growth teams to manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.. ·         Prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and guide development with clear product requirements and user stories.. ·         Lead workshops and journey mapping sessions to modernize legacy workflows with human-centered design principles.. ·         Oversee product launches, monitor performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.. ·         Align cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing and sales, on product strategy and market positioning.. ·         Document and share best practices, tools, and insights to support future product growth and operational excellence.. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. ·         3–5 years of experience in software engineering or product management, ideally with full-stack development and REST API design exposure.. ·         Technical proficiency in C#, SQL, Python, and frameworks like Angular.. ·         Experience with internal enterprise platforms and an understanding of the challenges of modernizing mature systems.. ·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and manage complex product roadmaps.. ·         Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.. ·         Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and passion for building intuitive, scalable, and reliable tools.. ·         Familiarity with SaaS environments, public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and agile product development practices.. ·         US citizenship with current or attainable SECRET clearance.. ·         Willingness to travel domestically up to once per month (about 3 days per trip).. .
