You will bridge the gap between product teams and real platform performance: understanding what works, what doesn’t, and what should come next. This is not a purely technical role — we seek individuals with a business mindset, strong judgment, and urgency, who use data as a foundation for decision-making, proposing improvements, and prioritizing initiatives.. Responsibilities:. . Analyze user behavior and product features to identify optimization and growth opportunities. . . Design, build, and maintain dashboards with key metrics for each product squad. . . Actively participate in product meetings, providing a data-driven perspective. . . Generate ad-hoc reports, experiments, and cohort studies to validate hypotheses and measure impact. . . Collaborate closely with Product Managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure decisions align with data insights. . . Translate business needs into data requirements when necessary. . . Promote a data-driven culture within product teams.. . . 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in digital companies or B2C/B2B products. . . Strong command of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau). . . Python and Power BI knowledge is a plus. . . Experience working with product teams or in agile environments. . . Sound judgment in defining KPIs and evaluating digital product performance. . .
