
Influencer Marketing Associate - Organic Gifting at Skylight. Skylight is a technology startup based out of Los Angeles and San Francisco. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to help scale our organic gifting efforts. This role will focus on sourcing creators, conducting outreach, assisting with logistics, and engaging with our creator community. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a clear communicator, and excited to build authentic connections with parenting and lifestyle creators.. Please note this is a contract role through the end of December, 2025. Up to 29 hours per week. . Responsibilities: . . Source and identify influencers aligned with Skylight’s audience and brand values. . Research and vet influencer profiles based on engagement and content alignment . . Conduct outreach and respond to influencer inquiries in a way that encourages authentic, on-brand content. . Support day-to-day logistics, including product shipments, timely follow-ups, and maintaining internal tracking systems. . Engage with influencer content (tags, mentions, and stories) to foster authentic relationships. . Help cultivate organic connections that can evolve into long-term brand advocates. . 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships. . Ability to navigate social platforms to identify creators based on niche, content style, and audience fit. . Self-starter with strong written communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. . Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to shifting priorities. . Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing tools like Aspire, or building influencer tracking systems . .
